Jackie Smith, Owner/ Lead Instructor

Jackie has over 18 years experience as a law enforcement officer.  During his career he has received extensive training from numerous instructors from around the country to include FBI certified firearms instructor, Tactical Rifle Instructor certification, Concealed Carry, Hostage rescue, Woodland Operations, Active Shooter. During his career in law enforcement he has served as a member of his agency’s Special Response Team (SRT) for the past 14 years. Jackie has served in several positions within the SRT including Entry Team/ Assaulter, Assistant Team Leader, and his current assignment as Team Leader.

Donovan Arias, Instructor

Donovan has served as a law enforcement officer for the past 14  years. Throughout his career he has served as a member of his department’s Special Response Team (SRT). While assigned as a team member he has served in numerous roles  within the team including Entry Team/  Assaulter and Assistant Team Leader. He has received extensive training from various instructors from around the country. He holds instructor level certifications which include FBI Firearms Instructor, Low Light Shooting Instructor, Active Shooter Response Instructor. Donovan has also received training in Woodland Operations, Hostage Rescue, Waterborne Tactical Operations/ Rescue.

Joshua Robertson

Joshua has served as a law enforcement officer for the past ten years.  During the course of his career he has worked as a patrol officer, special investigations division investigator, and Special Federal Officer/Special Deputy US Marshal on the FBI Task Force.   He has previously worked organized crime drug enforcement task force cases with the DEA and the FBI throughout the region. Joshua currently serves as a member of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Response Team (SRT) where he serves as a sniper.  During his career he has received extensive training from across the country to include:  FBI certified sniper/observer, tactical rifle/pistol, woodland operations, response to active shooter, flash bang operations and deployment, advanced defense tactics, assault/entry, hostage rescue, suicide by cop, use of force legal issues, and Israeli combat training.  Joshua is a member of the Alabama Narcotics Officer’s Association and Fraternal Order of Police.
